So I reached out to customer service, and they are working on the bug, but it’s taking a little longer than it should be. I used the app twice at my gyms when I first downloaded it, and that’s why I fell in love with the update. Now this wasn’t happening as soon as I downloaded it. So that really puts a damper on me trying to complete the program or use the app at all. And wherever I’m working out (unless very occasionally at home) I don’t have access to WiFi. The reason for the 3 stars is that all of a sudden my app began crashing as soon as I tried opening it while at the gym. Not all recipes from the plan are on the app.) And I love having the access to recipes that were available on the TIU website and Nutrition Plan (note for users: the recipes on the app were on the website as sneak peaks into the plan. But with this program-style, I can take my workouts to the gym during the early mornings. So it’s important to note: like and do what is best for you! With the old version, I had a hard time staying committed to the class schedules. I understand there are mixed views on it, but it totally works for me. I seriously can’t say how much I love this update.
